By accessing or using Digital Prime Redpine inventory management software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software.

9. Support & Maintenance

9.1 Technical Support

Support availability varies by subscription plan:

• Stock Lite: Email support only
• Stock Plus: Priority email and chat support
• Stock Pro: 24/7 phone and priority support

9.2 Maintenance Windows

We may schedule maintenance periods to:

• Perform system updates and upgrades
• Implement security patches
• Optimize system performance

We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability.

9.3 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors beyond our control may affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 By User

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Access to the software will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

11.2 By Digital Prime Redpine

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You fail to make required payments
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Required by law or legal process

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the software immediately ceases
• You must cease all use of the software
• We may delete your data after the retention period
